The Fountain is blessed to have a wonderful group of people working together for the good of the church and for the Kingdom of God. Our teachers, hospitality workers, maintenance staff and group leaders all have a love for God and for the people they come in contact with and care for. There is an excitement that is contagious for this new season of Growth here at The Fountain. 

Dr. Troy L. McCrory Sr. and his wife Zanita have six children; Troy Jr., Desiree, Billy, Brandon, Brody and MiKala. They lost a son, James in 2014 from complications from Muscular Dystrophy. Dr. McCrory is originally from South East Arkansas and has degrees in Elementary education, Business Administration, Social Work, Pastoral Care and Theology. Pastor McCrory is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Church of God and has served on the Southern Missouri District Board for a number of years. Zanita has received her training in Early Childhood development and has her NAC certification. Zanita has received numerous hours of training through different school districts where she has worked with students with IEP's. Zanita has served as director at several childcare centers in the state of Oklahoma. Troy and Zanita have fostered 53 children through the years and have adopted 5. They have a love for children and strong desire to see them succeed. They love God and love people and having the opportunity to share their love of God with people. The Pastors have served as Senior pastors in Southern Oklahoma, Eastern Oklahoma and most recently in Cole Camp Missouri. They accepted the call to come to Fountain of Life in September of 2019 and began officially the first Sunday in December. They consider it a privilege and an honor to be able to serve the people of The Fountain and the Jefferson City Community as Pastors. The McCrory's have done a great deal of missions work not only in the United States but in Several other countries as well including; Uganda and Kenya. They have a strong heart for missions here at home and abroad. Pastor McCrory personally invites you to come be a part of the exciting things that are happening here at The Fountain.
